Terms and Conditions
Foreword All Starz Limos is a luxury stretch limousine hire company, providing the best in limosuine quality, technlogy, comfort and service. All Starz Limos aim is to provide an enjoyable, relaxing and unforettable expereince. Our Terms and conditions are designed to support this aim and to ensure the customer is comfortable with all the aspects of the service required and expected of All Starz Limos. Please read this document carefully as it forms the hire contract between you, the customer, and All Starz Limos. The term 'prime hirer' contained herein and in the Booking Form refers to the person making and paying for the booking. It is the pre hirer's respnsibility to ensure that all passangers in their party are fully aware of these Terms and Conditions. Booking Times and Related Varations Hire date(s), times and collection/return address are written in the Booking Form. Any hire period extension is charged on a per/hour rate, whether the extension required is in hourly multiples and/or parts therof. The per/hour charge is £130 for the Hummer and £120 for the Chrysler. HIRE PERIOD EXTENSIONS MUST BE AGREED WITH THE CHAUFFEUR PRIOR TO THE HIRE COMMENCEMENT. EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO ACCOMMODATE SUCH REQUESTS, SUBJECT TO OTHER EXISTING COMMITMENTS. Should the booking return departure time be exceeded by more than 15(fifteen) minutes, All Starz Limos reserves the right to leave with those passengers already on board. Any other passengers will be responsible for securing alternative transport. In such cases, All Starz Limos operates a NO REFUND policy. All Starz Limos operates a strict NON-SMOKING policy in all limousines. Smoking 'stops' may be made if required. Illegal substances are totally banned and the hire would be terminated immediately should this ban be breached in anyway. The Chauffeur reserves the right to not take the limousine into what he/she deems to be unsuitable areas/terrain. Such areas/terrain include but are not limited to; unadopted road/lanes, unmade roads/lanes, single track road/lanes. In such situations, the prime hirer accepts the responsibilty of finding alternative means of transport with no recourse to All Starz Limos.
Passenger Behaviour Passengers are required to treat the limousine with care and are requested to leave it in the same condition it was in at the hire commencement. Any damage and/or breakage to the limousine or its contents caused by any passangers will be charged at NEW REPLACEMENT cost. Should any passangers display any form of aggressive behaviour (including abusive language) towards any passangers and/or chauffeur, All Starz Limos reserves the right to immediately terminate the hire and passangers will be responsible for arranging alternative transport, with no recourse to All Starz Limos. Should any sickness and/or vomiting have occured within the limousine during the hire period , the cost of cleaning and valeting the limousine will be charged at £100 plus VAT.
Traffic Condition and Mechanical Failure All Starz Limos makes every effort to ensure timely arrival and departure hire times in accordance with the Booking form. However, accidents, road closures, traffic jams and force majeure etc, can possibly cause delays. In such cases, the prime hirer will be informed by the chauffeur by telephoning and advising revised times. In the unlikely event of a limousine's failure, All Starz Limos will provide replacement transport, subject to locasion and time restrictions. However, in an emergency, it may not always be possible to provide a limousine as the replacement vehicle.
Venue Entry All Starz Limos cannot guarantee passangers entry into any particular nightcub/venue. All clubs/venue management aleays reserve the right to refuse entry and/or to impose an entry charge. It is the passengers responsibility to adhere to the venue's dress code, required conduct and entry rules. The prime hirer is advised to satisfy himself/herself of any club/venue rules well in advance of the hire. All Starz Limos Hire Confirmation and Payment A £50 deposit is required with the completed booking form either by Cheque payable to L&M Kilminster Ltd or by Phone call to 0845 9000574 to pay by Visa/Debit card. The remaining hire balance is payable in cleared funds prior to the commencement.
Cancellation Policy Any cancellation is to be advised by telephone and then then confirmed in writing by the prime hirer to All Starz Limos, 1 Rosemount Terrace, Aberdeen, AB25 2TG. Cancellation terms are set out below: 3 to 7 days cancellation notice before the hire date- 50% of the total booking fee is payable. 2 days or less cancellation notice before the hire date- 100% of the total booking fee is payable.
